Meet the Therapists
Stephanie Nicolini-Borem, MOT, OTR
Stephanie Nicolini-Borem has been an Occupational Therapist for 10 years. She received a Bachelor's Degree in psychology and a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Indianapolis. Her experience includes inpatient/outpatient pediatrics at Riley Hospital for Children, with experience in brain/spinal cord injury, Autism Spectrum disorders, Burns, Cerebral Palsy, and various other disorders. Stephanie additionally has worked in acute and sub acute rehab for adults. In addition to BCSC, Stephanie is currently a First Step Provider and also works at IU Health West/Riley Hospital for Children. She has worked for BCSC for four years and has lived in Brownsburg since 2009.
She is married to Jason, and has a son, Simon, 2 1/2 years, and daughter, Jude, 7 months. She enjoys working out, competing in triathlons, being outdoors, and spending time with her family. Stephanie and her family are also members of St. Malachy Catholic Church.

Stephanie is currently the OT at Brown Elementary, Delaware Trail Elementary, Cardinal Elementary, Cardinal Pre-school and St. Malachy Catholic School.
Lisa Peterson, MS, OTR
Lisa Peterson has been an Occupational Therapist for 15 years. She received a Bachelor's Degree in psychology and a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Indianapolis. She has worked with children and adults in a variety of settings, including brain injury rehab, community re-entry after disability, developmental pre-school, sensory integration clinic, acute care hospital and First Steps. She has worked for BCSC for eight years and has lived in Brownsburg since 2004.
She is married to Ryan, an archaeologist, and has two sons, Miller, age 10 and Tobin, age 6. She enjoys remodeling/redecorating, music, gardening, camping, hiking and outdoor activities. She is also active in the children's, music and theatre ministries at Calvary United Methodist Church.

Lisa is currently the Occupational Therapist servicing White Lick Elementary School, Brownsburg West Middle School, Brownsburg East Middle School, Bethesda Christian School and Cardinal PreSchool.
Barb Thompson, OTR
Barb Thompson graduated from Indiana University School of Allied Health with a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy in 1997. She worked with adults at Methodist and IU Hospitals in the inpatient and outpatient settings and long term care facilities until she changed to the school system in 2004. In 2007, Barb became certified as a Handwriting Specialist through the Handwriting Without Tears program.
She married her husband, Mike, in 1981 and has one son, Steve, who graduated from Brownsburg High School in 2004 and received his degree in Physical Therapy from UCF in 2014. Her favorite activities include gardening, tennis, volleyball, horseback riding and playing with her two dogs. Mike and Barb are members of Connection Pointe Church in Brownsburg.

Lenore Delamarter, PT
Lenore Delamarter has been a Pediatric Physical Therapist for 20 years. She graduated from Greenville College, Greenville, Illinois, in 1991 with a Pre-Medicine Degree, double majors in Biology and Psychology. She then went to Daemen College, Amherst, New York, to obtain her degree in Physical Therapy, graduating in 1995. Her work experience includes working at Riley Hospital for Children for 10 years, specializing in outpatient pediatric PT and Spina Bifida and Cerebral Palsy Clinics. She has been a First Steps Physical Therapist for 19 years, and continues to see a few children weekly. Ten years ago, she began working as a school based physical therapist for West Central Joint Services, serving Zionsville, Speedway, Pike and Wayne Township Schools. She has been with BCSC for eight years.
She has been married for 19 years and has 3 wonderful children. She attends Light and Life Free Methodist Church where she helps with Children’s Music Ministry. She enjoys hanging out with my family and friends, Decorating, Making Jewelry, RV Camping-Traveling, Shopping and Starbuck’s Iced Tea!

Traci Bringle, COTA
Traci has been an Occupational Therapy Assistant for 12 years. She has worked primarily in the public school system throughout that time, working in Brownsburg since 2005. Traci currently works with all Kindergarteners in Handwriting Club.
She is married to Steve and has one son, Gavin. She enjoys gardening, decorating/remodeling, reading and crocheting.
